This position provides case management and licensed/accredited specialty skilled care for enterostomal therapy home health care.

Education: 
-BSN/ PHN preferred 
-Certificate in Enterostomal Therapy from an accredited school of  enterostomal therapy

Requirements:
Current CPR
Two years experience in home healthcare or acute care in this specialty.
Current California RN license
